To protect customers and maintain the quality of our network, every business must meet our Partner Standards before joining and continue meeting them to remain a VirValix Partner.

Minimum Requirements

Every VirValix Partner must:

Hold a valid ABN
Hold all licences required for their industry
Maintain appropriate public liability insurance
Meet all Australian legal requirements
Complete the VirValix onboarding process
Use the VirValix platform correctly
Maintain professional presentation
Deliver excellent customer service
Respond to customer enquiries promptly
Maintain honest and transparent pricing
Complete work to a high professional standard

Exclusive Territory Policy

VirValix operates on a quality-first partner model. Each territory is normally assigned to one Primary Partner who meets our standards.

Exclusive territory is earned through consistent performance and is not guaranteed permanently.

If a partner retires, closes, repeatedly fails to meet standards or chooses to leave the network, VirValix may appoint another qualified business for that territory.

Temporary coverage may be provided by approved VirValix Partners during holidays, illness or emergencies.

Continuous Improvement

VirValix believes every business can improve. If performance concerns arise we follow a fair process:

4Allow time for improvement
5Review performance

If standards continue not to be met, the partnership may be suspended or ended.
