Standards businesses must maintain
Businesses must:
- Treat customers respectfully
- Arrive on time where reasonably possible
- Communicate honestly
- Provide accurate quotes
- Complete work to an acceptable standard
- Maintain current insurance
- Comply with Australian laws
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
VirValix may suspend or permanently remove businesses that repeatedly fail to meet these standards.
